We are looking for a proactive and organized Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our warehouse/store in Thane/Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in inventory handling, team supervision, and store management. This role requires a hands-on leader who ensures smooth workflow, stock accuracy, and high operational standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth material handling and inventory management. Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment. Conduct regular stock audits and maintain accurate inventory records. Supervise and guide store staff; allocate work and ensure productivity. Ensure adherence to safety and hygiene protocols within the store premises. Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams for incoming and outgoing materials. Maintain documentation of receipts, dispatches, and damage reports. Manage inward and outward goods as per SOPs and ensure proper documentation (GRNs, challans, etc.). Address operational issues promptly and report them to senior management. Improve store processes and suggest ideas for cost-effective inventory handling. Requirements: 1-4 years of relevant experience in store/warehouse supervision. Graduate in any discipline. Knowledge of inventory software and MS Excel is preferred. Good communication and team management skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving ability. Willingness to work at Thane/Bhiwandi location.
