Job Description

Defining, building & executing the delivery process from delivery station to customer address, Closely monitoring Inventory part & make sure good Quality & less Wastages Supervising Picking and packing of items to be delivered Managing team on warehouse floor Ensure there are no Customer concerns or timely resolution of customer grievances Engage closely with the delivery team including associates. Developing and maintaining a highly motivated and performance driven team Responsible for safety and security of the Delivery centre assets and HR, including inventory and cash. Desired Profile:  Strong Knowledge of Logistics processes (not mandatory for fresher)  People Management (ability to manage a team)  Good computer and analytical skills  Good Communication  Result & Process Orientation  Customer Focus
