Store Sales Executive

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Store Sales Executive to manage in-store sales operations, deliver excellent customer service, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in retail sales within the luggage, undergarments, or toys segment and a strong understanding of product presentation and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products.
• Manage daily store operations including product display, inventory checks, and billing.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Ensure merchandise is well-stocked, neatly arranged, and attractively displayed.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the store manager and backend team for stock replenishment.
• Keep track of fast- and slow-moving items to plan sales strategies.
• Maintain hygiene and visual merchandising standards within the store.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share performance updates with management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in store sales, preferably in luggage, undergarments, or toy retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer handling and upselling abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (POS system, MS Excel, etc.).
• Flexible to work on weekends and retail shifts.

Education:

• Minimum HSC / Graduate in any discipline

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
