Job Description

Greet the customers entering the showroom in a friendly and professional manner. Understand their requirements and guide them through the selection process.

Provide product demonstrations and educate customers on the features and benefits of our modular kitchen solutions. Effectively communicate product specifications, pricing, and promotions to customers.

Understand their needs and preferences and maintain their accurate records in CRM/database.

Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively promoting and selling modular kitchen products. Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market developments

Prepare accurate and timely quotations for customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.

Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Cultivate and strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

Provide personalized consultation to understand and fulfill each client's unique needs.

Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service with professionalism and efficiency.

Stay at the forefront of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.

Guide customers through the showroom, showcasing various products and explaining features.

Share deep insights and product information with customers to enhance their buying experience.

Arrange furniture displays to maximize customer engagement and product visibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
