As a Retail Pharmacy Manager, your role involves overseeing the daily operations of a retail pharmacy, managing staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Staff Management: Lead, train, and mentor a team of pharmacists, cashiers, and other staff to provide fast, accurate, and empathetic service. - Customer Service: Implement systems to reduce customer waiting times and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Maintain inventory accuracy, manage stock levels, minimize expired products, and oversee relationships with suppliers. - Operations Oversight: Monitor daily activities, track performance against targets, and ensure compliance with regulations. - Strategic Contribution: Contribute to long-term goals and strategies aimed at improving efficiency and profitability.
