Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for Material details verification with PO & intimate to Purchase
Responsible for Material & Service GRN, Cancellation
Material Balance report - Closing Report (Including details of Moving/Non-moving/Slow moving/Rejected material details)
Prepare FIFO Report and Circulate - Currently Out of practice
Reporting key metrics on Material Balance, Warehouse movement, RM coverage, Warehouse cost & others on time Issue Material Physically as well as SAP
Transfer the Material one Location to other Location
Training Schedule for Stores manpower
Prepare the Material Inward & Outward Sheet - Consumable
Inventory reporting and stock reconciliation
Verification & Submission of Material, consumable & Warehouse bills to finance on time
Intimation to concern department regarding arrival of material
Issuing consumable material to various department
Closing of Delivery Challan
Managing daily Scrap Movement to New value yard
Updating Value Yard register daily on receipt of Scrap
Intimate to Arrange the Scrap Vehicle and Ensure to Dispatch of Scrap from Value Yard
Daily update on the scrap inward & outward
Prepare the Monthly Scrap Data
Monitoring Daily Loading & Unloading activity
Documents Management
