Job Description

Job Title: Stores Executive

Location: Gandhidham, HO

But Site visit to Kandla terminal, Varsana, Dahej, shinay will be there.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage inventory and stores for mechanical, civil, and safety materials.
Monitor stock levels, conduct periodic counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate procurement, receipt, inspection, and storage of materials.
Issue materials as per requisitions and maintain accurate records.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and proper storage practices.
Prepare inventory reports and support audits and compliance checks.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Mechanical/Civil Engineering, or related field.
2–5 years of experience in stores or inventory management, preferably in industrial, mechanical, or construction environments.
Knowledge of mechanical, civil, and safety materials.
Familiarity with inventory management software/ERP systems.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
