Store Manager/Assistant Manager

In the role of a store manager assistant at Amuez, you will represent the brand by providing exceptional customer service, overseeing daily store operations, and creating a well-organized and inspiring shopping environment. This position is well-suited for individuals who are customer-centric, detail-oriented, and have a passion for art and stationery. - Greet customers and assist them in finding products or addressing product-related inquiries. - Maintain product displays, ensure shelves are well-stocked, and present merchandise attractively. - Handle billing procedures and operate POS systems accurately and efficiently. - Assist with inventory management tasks such as stock receiving, tagging, tracking, and replenishment. - Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. - Stay informed about product knowledge and trends in stationery, art, and craft supplies. - Assist in organizing store events, product demonstrations, and promotional activities. - Address customer issues promptly and professionally. - Support the store manager in meeting sales targets and store performance objectives. Qualifications required for this role include: - A minimum of 2 years of retail experience (experience in stationery or art/craft retail is advantageous). - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Basic computer proficiency (POS systems, inventory tools, email). - Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. - Willingness to work weekends and holidays based on the store schedule. - Passion for art, craft, or stationery is highly preferred.
