Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. Oversee sales team performance, providing guidance on product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer service standards. Handle grievances from customers or employees in a fair and timely manner to maintain a positive reputation for the company. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to retail sales and furniture industry. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in retail management or similar field (furniture sales preferred). Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets. Excellent communication skills with ability to handle grievances effectively. Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
