Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager, located in Chennai. The Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, provide excellent customer service, manage store staff, and ensure retail loss prevention. Responsibilities also include inventory management, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

• Experience in Store Management
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
• Leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the fashion retail industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in retail management is preferred
