Job Title: Asst Manager/Manager - Store

Location: Beldihi, Rourkela(Odisha)

Experience: 7-9 years

Qualification: Graduation or Post Graduation/MBA

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Manager-Store to lead our store operations at our Beldihi, Rourkela location. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing store operations, inventory management, and logistics. Prior experience in HMV vehicle spares parts is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing spares parts.

2. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure optimal stock levels.

3. Lead a team of store staff and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

4. Coordinate with vendors, logistics providers, and internal stakeholders.

5. Monitor and report on store performance metrics (e.g., inventory turns, stock accuracy).

6. Implement and maintain store processes and procedures.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.

Requirements:

1. 5-7 years of experience in store management, preferably in the automotive/logistics industry.

2. HMV vehicle spares parts knowledge is mandatory.

3. Graduation or Post Graduation/MBA in relevant field.

4. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

5. Proficient in MS Office and inventory management software.

Salary: Salary will be based on the candidate's last drawn salary and experience.
