Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction. Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Oversee visual merchandising efforts to create an inviting shopping environment and drive sales growth. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in retail management or related field. Proven track record of success in floor management, leadership, mall management, retail store operations, shelf management, shrinkage control, store keeping, store management, stores maintenance & management. Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving goals. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
