Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations including sales, inventory, cash handling, and staff supervision.
Plan and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability.
Maintain optimal stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely replenishment.
Ensure all sections of the store are well-organized, clean, and comply with hygiene and safety standards.
Monitor product quality, expiration dates, and ensure proper display and pricing.
Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and submit to higher management.
Manage store expenses and ensure cost control without compromising service standards.
Train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance; handle staff scheduling and shift management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and operational procedures.
Coordinate promotional activities, in-store marketing, and seasonal offers.
