Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Brahmapur. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, ensure customer satisfaction, and implement retail loss prevention strategies. Responsibilities include supervising staff, addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and monitoring sales performance to meet store targets.

Qualifications

Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
Excellent Communication skills
Experience in Store Management
Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention strategies
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Prior experience in retail or paint industry is beneficial
