Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Store Manager to oversee daily operations at our Bengaluru retail location. This on-site role includes managing the store’s performance, ensuring customer satisfaction, supervising the team, and creating a welcoming shopping atmosphere. Responsibilities also include maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention measures, achieving sales targets, and providing exceptional customer service and support.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Store Management and Retail Loss Prevention to ensure seamless operations and minimize shrinkage.
Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills to foster positive store experiences and build long-term relationships.
Excellent Communication abilities to effectively lead a team, manage customer interactions, and handle inquiries professionally.
Ability to manage a team in a retail environment and achieve sales goals consistently.
Previous experience in the fragrance or retail industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
