We’re Hiring: Store Manager – Furniture and Home Décor Specialist

Location: Chennai

Experience: 2–5 Years or more (Only Furniture or Home Décor Industry)

Age Criteria: 30–37 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

CTC: 7-8 LPA

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager with strong Furniture or Home Décor background to lead our premium retail showroom in Bangalore. If you have hands-on experience in décor, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for creating beautiful customer experiences, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

Lead and oversee day-to-day store operations

Drive sales and motivate the team to achieve monthly targets

Maintain high standards of visual merchandising (furniture and décor-focused)

Train, guide, and mentor the sales team

Provide exceptional customer service and handle escalations

Coordinate with inventory, logistics, and backend teams

Manage store reporting, documentation, and performance reviews

Who We’re Looking For

Mandatory: Experience in Furniture or Home Décor retail (NOT general retail)

2–5 years of experience as a Store Manager

Age: 30 to 37 years

Strong communication, leadership, and people management skills

Customer-first attitude

Ability to work in rotational shifts (6 days/week)

Minimum Graduation
