Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Store Operations : Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and adherence to visual merchandising guidelines. Supervise material loading and unloading at the warehouse (godown). Coordinate effectively with site teams and the purchase department for material requirements. Audit physical stock regularly and reconcile with software records to ensure accuracy. Inventory Management : Monitor stock levels to prevent overstock or stockouts, and place timely replenishment orders. Conduct periodic inventory audits to maintain accurate records. Record and manage purchase and sale transactions in the system. Generate delivery challans accurately and ensure proper documentation. Enter data for purchase, sale, material inward, and material outward stock in inventory management software. Reporting and Communication : Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly operational and sales reports to management. Ensure clear communication and collaboration with internal teams, including management, site personnel, and the procurement department. Desired Candidate Profile Proven experience in store or inventory management, preferably in a warehouse or retail environment. Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to perform stock audits and ensure accurate documentation. Familiarity with generating delivery challans and managing stock movements.
