Job Description

Location - Kolkata ( Bentinck St) Job description Manage supply chain operations, including master data management, demand and supply planning, and inventory control. Ensure efficiency & cost effective of logistic planning and execution processes. Role & responsibilities Preparing and reviewing existing contracts with vendors to ensure on-going feasibility Conduct cost analysis and market research Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors Organizing and ensuring delivery of goods in time/ required constant negotiation with the Transporters Evaluate risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements Preparing MIS reports/publish Dash boards Knowledge in preparing annual departmental budgets & Evaluate and analyze spending operations Monitoring industry trends and developments Ensure Policy compliance Profile should be : Excellent communication skills & Self Starter Implementing cost-saving initiatives/ Six Sigma Preferable worked in Cummins Family (but not mandatory) At-least 2-5 years of experience, in similar capacity
