Store Manager

The position is Leading 8-10 people of staff as a Store Manager Candidate worked in food industy will be prefered. Leadership & Staff Management: You are responsible for supervising, training, and motivating a team of employees, ensuring they adhere to company policies and standards.  Operations: This includes ensuring the smooth running of the store during your shift, which involves everything from preparing food to maintaining equipment and store cleanliness.  Customer Service: Managers are expected to provide enthusiastic customer service, handle customer concerns, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.  Financial & Inventory Control: You will be responsible for managing cash, controlling costs, conducting inventory, and overseeing ordering and stock rotation.  Quality & Safety: Managers ensure the highest quality of products is maintained and that the store and its equipment are clean and operate within company safety and hygiene rules.  Sales & Profitability: You will analyze sales and labor data to optimize store performance and work towards achieving company objectives and profitability.  Required Skills Leadership: The ability to lead, motivate, and set a positive example for the team.  Communication: Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with both staff and customers.  Problem-Solving: The capacity to analyze situations and make sound, ethical decisions in a timely manner.  Organizational Skills: Proficiency in tasks like managing inventory, scheduling, and handling paperwork.  Basic Math Skills: Ability to perform calculations for inventory, cash handling, and sales analysis.
