Job Description

Store Manager

Experience- 3 yrs+

Notice Period- Immediate

The Apparel Store Manager leads the store team in achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves day-to-day management of the store, including staff supervision, merchandising, and reporting to senior management.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Manage and motivate store staff to meet and exceed sales goals.
Ensure high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide satisfactory resolutions.
Analyze sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
Implement store policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems.
Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
