Job Description

Clinical & Optometry Responsibilities

Perform
comprehensive eye check-ups
as per company SOPs.
Provide accurate
prescriptions
for spectacles and contact lenses.
Educate customers on
eye health, lens options, and eyewear care
.
Maintain high standards of
clinical quality
and customer satisfaction.
Ensure usage and upkeep of all clinical instruments.

Store Operations

Manage
cash handling, billing, and inventory
to avoid shrinkage.
Conduct stock audits, ensure product availability, and maintain accurate records.
Ensure smooth functioning of POS and other store systems.
Implement company SOPs and compliance guidelines.

Desired Skills & Competencies

Degree/Diploma in
Optometry
(mandatory).
25 years of experience in
Optometry and/or Retail Store Management
.
Strong
customer service orientation
and communication skills.
Ability to lead a team and drive
sales performance
.
Good knowledge of eyewear products, lenses, and optical retail practices.
Proficiency in
POS systems and inventory management
.
Result-driven, adaptable, and proactive problem solver.
