Job Description

Role & responsibilities Engage with walk-in customers, understand their requirements, and guide them through product offerings to achieve category-wise sales targets. Ensure smooth billing and handle sales returns or repairs as needed. Maintain accurate stock records, support visual merchandising, and ensure product display compliance. Adhere to SOPs, contribute to cost-saving initiatives, and ensure store safety. Handle customer queries and complaints as per policy. Share customer feedback with relevant teams to enhance satisfaction. Coordinate with internal teams like VM, merchandising, and marketing, while monitoring competitor activity to adopt best practices. Preferred candidate profile Education: 12th Pass or Graduate Experience: 1- 6 years in retail (Preferred from Jewellery) Salary Best in industry Prior experience in jewelry, watches, or fashion retail preferred Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations Energetic, presentable, and passionate about lifestyle/fashion categories Team player with relationship-building skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and holidays Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
