Role & responsibilities

Sales & Store Operations

• Achieve the assigned sales target.
• Visit store and validate checklist has been maintained and followed at store.
• Ensure that the customer service is been managed as per the guideline s shared.
• Coordinate to ensure stock and visual merchandise is implemented properly.
• Ensure store cleanliness and standards are maintained properly.
• Look after operations of store timely opening, closing, cleanliness, hygiene etc.
• Analyze and monitor daily sales.
• Implement said process to improve sales growth.
• Increase floor space by installing customized modules as guided.
• Coordinate with stores & commercial team for PO release
• Coordinate for on time stock delivery.
• Coordinate with CS to achieve sales target.
• Training comfort specialist.
• PACE & other applications support.

Visual Merchandising Coordination

• Coordinate with VM to maintain fixtures neatly.
• Coordinate with VM for maintaining healthy stock level.
• Coordinate for ensuring assortment ratios.

MIS

• Daily sales report.
• Ordered Vs dispatched report.
• Monthly CS activity.
• Prepare SOH (Stock on hand) report.

Working Relationships:

• Senior Management -

  Day today activities

• Marketing Team

  For marketing material installation.

• Commercial Team -

  Reports, billing details, payment status, incentive schemes, target vs achievement status.

• VM Team –

  For ensuring VM guidelines.

• Logistics Team –

  For stock delivery coordination.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Graduate

• Experience:

  4-8 Years of sales in FMCG or Apparel industry.

• Functional/Technical Knowledge & Skills:

  Sales Acumen, proficiency in MS Office.

• Behavioral Competencies:

  Customer service orientation, interpersonal effectiveness, communication effectiveness, client relationship management, collaboration & teamwork
