The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, achieving sales targets, managing staff, maintaining store standards, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage overall store operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Supervise and motivate store staff; ensure proper training and performance evaluation.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate inventory management, and conduct stock audits.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit them to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle store expenses and ensure cost control.
Required Skills:
