Ability to monitor the plans and schedules handed over to labourers for construction 7. Conducting daily and weekly reviews of construction sites 8. Ability to think independently on innovation for construction for efficiency 9. Periodically studying Kerala Building Rules, and enhancing understanding of same 10. Ability to coordinate with various licenses of panchayath, municipality, building permit, noc's water line application, eb application, Geology application for mud excavation, etc 11. Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports to the Director 12. Coordinating audits with the chartered accountant 13. Banking transactions where necessary 14. Planning payments/cashflow to vendors 15. Ability to calculate building material required with efficiency, thereby eliminating material excess or shorage 16. Finding vendors and contractors, taking multiple quotes and finalizing drafts for construction agreements with great detail 17. Willingness to take up new courses on various applications, AI, etc as proposed by the director, which will be intended for the improvement of performance. This will be expected as an after hour study. This is a very important aspect of this job.
