Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Officer/Business Development Manager specializing in Gold Loans, located in Mananthavady, India. The role involves identifying and acquiring new business opportunities within the gold loan sector, achieving sales targets, and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. The individual will also oversee market analysis, strategize customer acquisition efforts, and deliver exceptional customer service tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in New Business Development and ability to identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of finance-related processes
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to maintain client relationships
• Knowledge of the gold loan sector and financial products is highly preferred
• Proven ability to meet targets and work independently in a competitive environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in a similar role would be an advantage
