Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager Luxury, located in Mumbai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining overall store performance. The responsibilities also include monitoring inventory levels, managing budgets, and implementing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven Store Management skills
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices
• Excellent organizational and leadership abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• Previous experience in a luxury retail environment is a preferable
