Key Responsibilities

As the Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring the boutique reflects the brand's luxury standards. You’ll lead by example, driving sales performance and motivating your team to achieve their goals. You’ll provide expert guidance in visual merchandising, stock management, and customer service, ensuring the boutique remains a premier destination for luxury shoppers. The role also involves coaching and developing your team, recruiting top talent, and creating a motivating, high-energy atmosphere. You’ll ensure customer satisfaction by providing tailored fashion advice, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any concerns promptly.

Skills & Qualifications

We’re seeking a passionate leader with a strong background in luxury fashion retail. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a keen eye for visual merchandising, and a proven track record in managing high-end fashion retail teams. A deep knowledge of luxury trends, the brand’s heritage, and customer service excellence are essential. You should be able to motivate, train, and develop your team to achieve personal and store-wide goals. Fluency in English and an understanding of local languages (Telugu/Hindi) are preferred, as is the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a premium customer experience.

Education & Experience

A degree in Business, Fashion, or related fields is ideal. You should have at least 4-5 years of experience in a managerial role within luxury fashion retail, preferably with exposure to high-net-worth clientele. Proven leadership and retail management experience are crucial, along with a passion for luxury fashion.
