1. Responsible for the overall operations of the company's warehousing aspects & managing / foreseeing all warehouse operations & reporting
2. Proper coordination & communication with various store locations for smooth & transparent supply chain operations.
3. Monitor all procurement requests and maintain timely records for the same.
4. Ensure accuracy of all inventory transfers between HO and sites.
5. Monitor and ensure accuracy of all inventory transactions and maintain stock records of all sites.
6. Ensure that every material procured whether local or imports are quality certified by the respective user and thereafter-inward document is prepared.
7. Assist in vendor sourcing
8. Will take part in rate negotiation with Vendors.
9. Communication with vendors from issue of PO to material delivery
10. Payment coordination & Physical stock verification and preparation of GRN.
11. Ensure that physical verification is carried out of the entire inventory every month end and resolve for inaccuracies if any & reporting to the concerned.
12. Manage all communication with Finance & Accounts team as well as other user departments
13. Reporting daily & monthly MIS reports to the Heads on regular basis and as per the requests by the concerned department as and when required.
