Key Responsibilities

Define a budget, with the help of store finance and store manager for store maintenance keeping in view upcoming changes and extensions.
Build and maintain relationship with local vendors (service providers) for store upkeep -house keeping and facility management
To ensure that the store is merchandised as per the merchandising manual i.e. all the gondolas and the fixtures are adequately lighted.
To make efforts to control electricity cost.
Annual Maintenance Contracts to be followed up for renewal and service.
Ensure that the maintenance staff (outsourced) is trained in respective areas to carry out store maintenance activity efficiently.
