Store Manager - Ladies Only

The Store Manager for the Cafe\Canteen is responsible for overseeing all operational support activities and should well experienced in handling cash for the store. This role ensures smooth day to day functioning of the cafe\canteen by managing staffs, chefs, support staffs, inventory processes, coordinating with suppliers and students. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily administrative operations within the canteen. Maintain cafe\canteen appearance, cleanliness, and functionality. Ensure compliance with college policies, health and safety standards, and statutory regulations. Liaise with external vendors/suppliers for cafe/canteen maintenance, supplies, and support services. Track and order cafe/canteen supplies including snacks, vegetables, beverages, and POS equipment. Assist with employee onboarding, managing inventory, billing, and performance tracking. Handle customer complaints/issues. Maintain records and prepare monthly reports on purchase bills, store performance, expenses, and inventory discrepancies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field. Minimum 1 years of experience in a retail or cafe administration role (cafe or restaurant preferred). Strong leadership and team management skills. Knowledge of FMCG products and cafeteria/canteen processes is an advantage. Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems. Ability to handle a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail.
