We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our flagship outlet, ensure smooth

operations, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall store operations, including sales, staff supervision, and customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales performance and achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Train, motivate, and monitor store staff to maintain service quality and discipline.
• Handle customer queries, escalations, and VIP clients with professionalism.
• Maintain inventory control, stock levels, and merchandising standards.
• Coordinate with the head office and marketing team for in-store promotions and visual displays.
• Prepare and analyze daily sales reports, footfall data, and performance summaries.
• Ensure store hygiene, product presentation, and brand guidelines are followed at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in retail store management (preferably fashion, apparel, or

lifestyle sector).

• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage store operations independently.
• Excellent understanding of customer service, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
• Proficient in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Fluent in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
• Presentable, responsible, and customer-focused personality.

Salary:

Attractive Salary Package (Based on Experience) + Incentives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
