Role Overview:

Store Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  
• Lead and coach the store team to meet sales targets and deliver best-in-class customer service.
  
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of fitness equipment and hardline products to guide customer purchases.
  
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, stock replenishment, and visual displays.
  
• Execute local marketing strategies to drive footfall and engagement.
  
• Handle escalations, ensure store upkeep, and manage vendor coordination when required.
  
• Report on sales performance, customer feedback, and store analytics to regional leadership.
  
• Ensure SOP compliance, including billing, product demos, warranty claims, and installation follow-ups.
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• 1+ years of experience managing retail operations in a

  Hardlines segment

  (fitness, sports, cycles, etc.).
• Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Passionate about fitness and customer experience.
  
• Familiarity with POS systems, sales reporting tools, and CRM is a plus.
  
• Prior experience in brands like Decathlon, Firefox, Hercules, or fitness chains is a strong advantage.
