As a Store Manager at Cultstore, your responsibilities will include driving daily store operations, leading a dynamic sales team, managing fitness product demonstrations, overseeing inventory and merchandising, ensuring top-notch customer experiences, monitoring sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and store performance, as well as executing local engagement and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate for this role should have at least 1 year of experience in a store manager or retail lead position, with a strong background in hardline products related to fitness, cycles, and treadmills. A genuine passion for fitness and exceptional customer service, coupled with excellent communication and leadership skills, are essential. Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and reporting tools is also highly valued.
