Your key responsibilities will include: 1. **3D Asset Creation & Photorealistic Rendering**: - Producing highly detailed 3D models, textures, and shaders for CGI visuals. - Developing hyper-realistic product visuals, fashion assets, and environment renders using Blender, C4D, and Houdini. - Optimizing geometry, topology, and UV mapping for real-time rendering and offline cinematic rendering. 2. **Lighting, Texturing & Material Development**: - Designing PBR-based, procedural, and hand-painted textures through tools such as Substance Painter, Mari, and Photoshop. - Crafting custom shaders and material networks to achieve photorealistic outcomes in Redshift, Octane, Arnold, or Cycles. - Implementing advanced lighting setups, reflections, and ray tracing for enhanced realism. 3. **Simulation & Motion Graphics**: - Creating Houdini FX-based simulations encompassing fluid dynamics, particles, cloth, smoke, fire, and destruction effects. - Developing cinematic motion design elements utilizing procedural animation techniques. - Employing Mograph, X-Particles, and VDB workflows for realistic simulations. 4. **Animation & Rigging (Bonus Skillset)**: - Setting up basic rigging and animation for stylized or realistic movements. - Utilizing keyframe animation, procedural dynamics, and physics-based rigs. 5. **Pipeline & Optimization**: - Optimizing models, materials, and rendering setups to seamlessly integrate within Unreal Engine, Unity, or VFX workflows. - Establishing and maintaining non-destructive workflows to facilitate easy iterations and project scalability. 6. **Collaboration & Project Execution**: - Collaborating closely with designers, animators, and creative directors to deliver high-quality visuals aligned with the brand vision. - Upholding high standards of quality control, creative troubleshooting, and efficiency throughout projects. - Ensuring timely delivery of all project deliverables. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in 3D modeling, texturing, rendering, and simulation. - Proficiency in Blender, Cinema 4D (C4D), and Houdini FX. - Strong familiarity with Redshift, Octane, Arnold, Cycles, or Mantra rendering engines. - Experience in subdivision modeling, hard surface modeling, and sculpting (ZBrush knowledge is advantageous). - Sound understanding of CGI workflows, VFX, and procedural asset creation. - Expertise in shader development, PBR workflows, and photorealistic materials. - Background in Houdini simulations (Vellum, Pyro, FLIP, RBD, etc.) is highly beneficial. - Ability to optimize assets for real-time rendering (Unreal, Unity) and offline rendering (VFX, animation). - Impressive portfolio showcasing detailed CGI renders, product visualization, and innovative simulations.
