Job Description

Position Summary: We are seeking a passionate, responsible, and results-driven Store Manager to lead our exclusive silver jewellery store located in Forum Mall. As the highest authority at the store , you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, delivering exceptional customer experiences, meeting sales targets, managing inventory, and leading a small but efficient retail team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Store Operations & Management: Oversee the overall functioning of the store. Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures. Maintain visual merchandising and ensure the store is always well-presented. Handle all administrative tasks including reports, shift rosters, and documentation. 2. Sales & Customer Experience: Drive sales to meet and exceed targets. Deliver exceptional customer service and train the team to do the same. Resolve customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally. Build strong customer relationships and promote client retention. 3. Team Leadership: Manage and motivate store staff (Sales Associates, if any). Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback. Schedule shifts and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours. 4. Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee stock levels and coordinate with the head office for replenishments. Conduct regular stock audits and ensure loss prevention measures are in place. Handle inward and outward movement of inventory. 5. Reporting & Communication: Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports. Act as the primary liaison between the store and the corporate/head office. Stay updated on new product lines, campaigns, and promotional offers.
