About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned and reliable Retail Store Manager to take charge of our sweets outlet in Gandipet. The ideal candidate should have at least 6 years of experience in the retail food industry - CORE QSR (sweets, bakery, F&B, or similar), with proven expertise in store operations, team management, and customer service. Key Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day operations of the sweets store with attention to quality, hygiene, and efficiency Lead and supervise store staff, including shift scheduling, training, and performance management Oversee inventory, stock rotation, and coordinate with the production team for replenishment Maintain store presentation and ensure excellent customer service at all times Resolve customer complaints effectively and maintain strong customer relationships Monitor sales, control expenses, and ensure accurate billing and reporting Ensure compliance with food safety standards and internal operating procedures Requirements: Minimum 4+ years of experience in managing a retail food outlet CORE QSR (preferably sweets, bakery, or similar) Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Basic computer knowledge (POS operations, Excel reporting) Hands-on attitude with attention to cleanliness, presentation, and detail Additional Information: Work Location: Gandipet, Hyderabad (local candidates preferred) Working Hours: 1 PM to 10 PM 6-day work week Share your resume to 81238 50531 / 79955 52504 or email to
