Job Title: Store Manager Location: Bangalore Experience: 15 years Industry: Retail / FMCG (Meat & Food Products) Employment Type: Full-time About Demifoods: DemiFoods is a fast-growing meat retail brand committed to providing high-quality, hygienic, and expertly prepared meat products. Were passionate about freshness, consistency, and top-notch customer service. Roles and Responsibilities: Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth functioning. Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance. Ensure adherence to hygiene, quality, and safety standards. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply team for restocking. Drive store sales by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally. Track daily sales, manage cash flow, and report key metrics to management. Maintain visual merchandising and in-store branding as per company standards. Implement promotional activities and upselling strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelors degree preferred; Diploma in Retail Management or related field is a plus. 15 years of experience in store or retail management, preferably in FMCG or meat retail. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle pressure and manage a team efficiently. Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and POS operations.
