Hiring Update Store Manager (Jewellery Only) We are hiring for a Store Manager role at a luxury jewelry store in Ranchi, Jharkhand. Industry: Jewellery Retail Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in retail store management Note: Only candidates with jewelry industry experience will be considered About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Store Manager to lead our luxury jewelry boutique. If you have a strong background in jewelry retail, store operations, and customer service—this is your opportunity to shine. Key Responsibilities: Store Operations: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning. Sales & Revenue: Drive sales, achieve targets, and execute customer engagement strategies. Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional in-store experiences and build strong client relationships. Inventory Management: Track stock levels, manage replenishments, and ensure no shortages. Team Management: Lead, train, and motivate store staff to perform at their best. Visual Merchandising: Maintain premium store appearance and ambiance. Reporting & Compliance: Prepare reports, analyze KPIs, and ensure policy compliance. Brand Representation: Uphold the brand’s luxury image and service standards. What We're Looking For: Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a high-performing team. Retail Sales Expertise: Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Customer-Centric Approach: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Jewelry Industry Experience: Deep understanding of jewelry retail, trends, and inventory practices.
