Job Description

Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid production delays.
Implement FIFO practices to manage stock efficiently.
Supervise receipt of incoming goods, ensuring quality and quantity checks.
Manage dispatch of parts to production or customers as per schedule.
Coordinate with logistics teams for timely inward and outward movement of materials.
Supervise and train store staff on proper handling, storage, and safety practices
Allocate responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations of the store.
Good communication and coordination with internal and external teams.
Oversee incoming stock verification for quantity, quality, and proper documentation.
Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of all items.

Preferred candidate profile

Education:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience:
3-7 years in
store/inventory management
, preferably in
automotive, auto components, or manufacturing industry
.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of
inventory management systems
Understanding of
automotive parts, tools, and materials
