Job Description

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment to avoid production delays.
  • Implement FIFO practices to manage stock efficiently.
  • Supervise receipt of incoming goods, ensuring quality and quantity checks.
  • Manage dispatch of parts to production or customers as per schedule.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams for timely inward and outward movement of materials.
  • Supervise and train store staff on proper handling, storage, and safety practices
  • Allocate responsibilities to ensure smooth daily operations of the store.
  • Good communication and coordination with internal and external teams.
  • Oversee incoming stock verification for quantity, quality, and proper documentation.
  • Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and storage of all items.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Experience:

    3-7 years in

    store/inventory management

    , preferably in

    automotive, auto components, or manufacturing industry

    .

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of

    inventory management systems

  • Understanding of

    automotive parts, tools, and materials

    .
