As a Store Manager, your role involves overseeing the operations of the store to ensure smooth functioning and excellent customer service. Your key responsibilities include: - Sharing non-uniform and late reports with HR by 11 am in the morning and 6 pm in the evening. - Ensuring excellent customer service and effectively handling escalated complaints. - Training staff in product knowledge and selling techniques. - Recruiting, training, and onboarding new employees. - Creating staff schedules and managing time-off requests. - Motivating and coaching the team to improve performance. - Conducting performance reviews and addressing disciplinary issues. - Keeping track of stock levels and ordering more when necessary. - Ensuring products are displayed neatly and nicely to attract customers. - Implementing strategies to reduce losses from missing or damaged items. - Sharing sales numbers and issues with the Head Office. - Passing on updates and instructions to the team. - Collaborating with area managers as required.
