Job Description

You are looking for a Strong, Energetic, and Responsible Store Manager to lead operations at newly opening supermarkets under the Kapra Daily brand. As a Store Manager, your responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end store operations - Leading and guiding store staff - Controlling stock and inventory - Supervising customer service - Monitoring billing and daily sales - Implementing visual merchandising and ensuring cleanliness - Coordinating with warehouse and head office To be successful in this role, you should have: - Minimum 4 years of experience in supermarket/store management - Strong leadership and decision-making skills - Good communication and system handling ability - Energetic, responsible, and team-oriented personality The job type is Full-time with a rotational shift schedule.
