Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction by effectively managing retail staff and maintaining store equipment and inventory. Key responsibilities include achieving sales goals, implementing marketing strategies, addressing customer concerns, enforcing safety regulations, and adhering to loss prevention protocols.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to foster positive customer relationships and ensure a seamless shopping experience
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers, team members, and stakeholders
• Proven experience in Store Management and Retail operations
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention techniques to maintain inventory control and ensure operational security
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail technology is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred
