Position :- Store Manager Location :- Jaipur Experience :- Min 4 years of store manager experience. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management : Lead and inspire a team of sales associates, ensuring high performance and motivation. Sales & Revenue Growth : Set and achieve sales targets, implement strategies to drive revenue, and analyze performance metrics. Customer Experience : Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and maintain strong client relationships. Inventory Management : Oversee stock levels, replenishment, and minimize shrinkage. Visual Merchandising : Ensure the store layout and displays align with brand standards and maximize sales potential. Operational Efficiency : Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and compliance with company policies. Financial Management : Handle budgeting, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports. [ P&L understanding ] Staff Development : Conduct training programs, performance reviews, and foster professional growth. Loss Prevention : Implement security measures to prevent theft and fraud. Community Engagement : Represent the brand in the local community and explore partnership opportunities. Qualifications / Experience Proven experience in store management, preferably in luxury or premium retail . Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to analyze sales reports and manage budgets effectively [ retail matrix ] Passion for high-end brands and customer-centric approach. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours. Strong command on MS office Email writing
