Store Manager / Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview: As an experienced Assistant Store Manager/Department Manager at SYLOR Fashion's upcoming store in Calicut Hilite Mall, you will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, managing staff to achieve sales targets, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a welcoming shopping environment. Your role will also involve leading and training a sales team, controlling inventory and stock levels, implementing visual merchandising and promotional campaigns, analyzing sales data, managing store budgets, and maintaining store appearance and adherence to health and safety standards.
