Retail Sales Executive/ Sr Sales Executive

As a Customer Sales Executive or Senior Customer Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner. Your primary responsibility will be to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services to meet their requirements. Achieving individual sales targets will be a key performance indicator in this role. To excel in this position, you must maintain a thorough product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling POS transactions, including billing, returns, and exchanges, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Maintaining visual merchandising standards will also be part of your daily routine. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers benefits such as paid sick time and paid time off.
