Store Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and confident female candidate to join our team as a Store Manager cum Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and entry-level professionals to kickstart their careers in retail management and sales. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing store operations and driving sales, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Store Management:

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, stock management, and store upkeep.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.

Sales & Customer Engagement:

• Greet and assist customers, providing product information and guidance.
• Promote and sell products to achieve sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

Inventory & Stock Handling:

• Monitor stock levels, ensure timely restocking of products, and maintain inventory records.

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure a smooth store experience.
• Participate in product and sales training sessions.

Reporting & Feedback:

• Prepare basic sales and stock reports.
• Share customer feedback and insights with the team.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Female candidates only (fresher-friendly).
Good communication skills and a friendly attitude.
Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is a plus (training will be provided).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store operations.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
Willingness to work in a retail environment with flexible shifts.

Preferred Qualifications:

Freshers and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in retail or sales is an advantage but not mandatory.
