Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Gorakhpur. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, and maintaining inventory. Daily tasks include managing customer service and communication, executing retail loss prevention strategies, and driving store performance. The role also involves analyzing sales data, developing promotional strategies, and ensuring the store meets established sales and productivity goals.
