Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Manager located in Hyderabad. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing store staff, and maintaining inventory levels. Tasks also include implementing retail loss prevention strategies, handling customer service issues, and enhancing store performance through effective communication and leadership.

Communication and Store Management skills
Retail Loss Prevention skills
Leadership and team management experience
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Prior experience in retail management is preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field is beneficial
