About the Role

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and achieve sales and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Achieve monthly sales targets and improve store performance
Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer issues
Maintain store display, inventory levels, and stock accuracy
Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily reports
Maintain store hygiene, standards, and visual merchandising
Coordinate with the head office for stock, promotions, and updates

Requirements

2+ years of experience in retail/store supervision (fashion preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Good knowledge of sales strategies and customer service
Ability to handle pressure and solve problems
Flexible to work in shifts and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
